Latitude 37 Heathcote Sparkling Shiraz is a premium bottled fermented sparkling wine manicured from the rare and ancient cambrian soil of Heathcote, Victoria. Extended age on yeast lees has added a rich creaminess to the complexity of the fruit driven bouquet and palate, which is balanced by a refreshing crisp, dry finish. Latitude 37 Heathcote Sparkling Shiraz is an exceptional and unique extension of Heathcote Shiraz. It is our first sparkling shiraz made from the Heathcote region and reflects the reason why we make wine.

Our 2006 sparkling vintage has a limited volume and we are supplying in half dozen (6 bottle) cases. It is a magnificant sparkling we are sure you will appreciate.
